Official transcripts are required when applying for 教师 and Adjunct 教师 positions. Applicants may instruct their educational institutions to mail their transcripts (indicating awarded degree(s) which qualifies them for the position) directly to the Highland 业务 Center, 经办人:E.M. Breedlove, Employment Manager, 5930 Middle Fiskville Road, 奥斯汀,得克萨斯州 78752. Photocopies of transcripts and transcripts stamped “Issued to Student” are not accepted. Application materials will be reviewed for employment consideration after the application and transcript are received in the Office of Employment and Outreach Services.
请注意: Applicants who are awarded Professional-Technical positions are required to provide an official transcript within their initial 90 days of employment; however, such applicants are not required to provide a transcript at the time they apply or interview for a Professional-Technical job opening.
Foreign Transcripts
Applicants who have degrees earned from educational institutions located outside of the United States are required to have their transcripts evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service prior to applying for 教师 and/or Adjunct 教师 positions. If the transcripts are in a foreign language, applicants also need to have their transcripts translated prior to applying for ACC job opportunities.
Applicants who have foreign transcripts may submit a copy of their transcript attached to the original transcript evaluation. Applicants are responsible for the costs associated with translation/evaluation services. Evaluated transcripts may be mailed to the Highland 业务 Center, 经办人:E.M. Breedlove, 5930 Middle Fiskville Road, 奥斯汀,得克萨斯州 78752.
